1. Aluminum plate cost: aluminum ingot price (today's aluminum ingot price in China)+aluminum plate processing fee of about thousands of yuan. For example, today's aluminum ingot price in China is 18500, and the processing fee is 3000 yuan. 18500+3000=21500 yuan is the price of aluminum plate.
2. Sheet metal processing cost: the processing cost of general flat plate is about tens of yuan per square meter, and that of simple profiled plate and arc rolling plate+tens of yuan per square meter. Special special-shaped plate and hyperbolic plate can be determined only after seeing the drawing. For each meter of welding, dozens of yuan of welding material fee will be added.
3. Surface coating: fluorocarbon coating is tens of yuan per square meter, polyester is tens of yuan per square meter. The powder is tens of yuan per square meter. Special colors (red, orange, blue, yellow, purple, champagne gold and other bright colors) will be charged 10 yuan per square meter. Now the price of aluminum veneer can be easily calculated.
4. Transportation costs, including the transportation costs incurred when the product leaves the factory to the customer's port.
If there is no need for sheet metal and painting, only the cost of aluminum plate+transportation cost need to be calculated
