The surface treatment technology of anodized aluminum plate is different from the ordinary painting technology. It electrolyzes the conductive acid electrolyte through the current to oxidize the surface of aluminum metal constituting the anode. A thick and fine aluminum oxide protective film is naturally grown on the surface of aluminum. This oxide film is not an additional layer and will not fall off.
Anodizing can improve the corrosion resistance, surface hardness and wear resistance of aluminum alloy products, and has good decoration after coloring treatment. Anodizing can be divided into ordinary anodizing and hard anodizing. The color film obtained by metal electrolytic coloring has good wear resistance, sun resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in the decoration and corrosion prevention of modern architectural aluminum profiles.
The aluminum plate of the anode is oxidized, and a thin layer of aluminum oxide is formed on the surface, the thickness of which is 5-20 microns, and the hard anodized film can reach 60-200 microns. The anodized aluminum plate improves its hardness and wear resistance, which can reach 250-500 kg/mm2, good heat resistance, the melting point of hard anodized film is as high as 2320K, excellent insulation, and the breakdown voltage is as high as 2000V, enhanced corrosion resistance, no corrosion after thousands of hours in ω=0.03NaCl salt spray.
